Hadith

Islamic teachings have two primary sources. The Qur'an which is the direct words of Allah (God) inspired to the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) and the second source which is the teachings of the Prophet. These teachings include the Prophet's (ﷺ) actions, statements as well as approvals. The Prophet's (ﷺ) teachings are called sunnah & his sunnah are written down in collections called - Hadith.
